Isnandar started to open trade between Indonesia and Africa (Kenya) since 2007, 3 years before Indonesian government open Indonesian Trade Office in Lagos (Nigeria) in 2010.
During his professional service to Indonesian companies, Isnandar achieved milestone:
- The PIC who settle the biggest cigarette packaging complaint in 2007
- Grabbed 60% of Dubai market less in 1 year approaching in 2007 to 2008
- Open 10 new countries in Africa and Middle East during 2007-2009
- The person who established Technical Service Department in cigarette paper company and bring down the complaint rate to only 5% from original in 18 months.
- Awarded as a multinational company (Kenya office) as Outstanding Performance and Dedicated Service supplier in period of 2009 – 2010.
Now, under Kareem International, Isnandar are developing business focusing to support sales between Indonesian and Africa
Isnandar was also serve as Secretary General of Chemistry Alumnus of Padjadjaran University for 10 years. During his tenure, he lead and manage thousands of high talented individuals serving Indonesian industries. And they already plan to establish a consultant company in technology.
The idea than being implemented in Kareem Rakeen Biotechnology, a technical consultant company who doing what they say.
Then the company develop and many other skilled individuals joint Kareem Biotechnology ranging from chemistry industries, paints, food and beverages, packaging, mining, construction, architect, agribusiness.
