Some of our remarkable journey on complaint management are;

  1. Settlement one of the biggest complaint in BOPP (Bi-axially Oriented PolyPropylene) in 2007.
  2. Deploy new department (Technical Services Department) to the organisation of cigarette paper producers and reducing complaint rate from initial 3% to 0.3 %.
  3. Lead the project of re-engineer home scale water filter products due to series complaint from the market.
