Handling a complaint is the key factor presenting your capability on the industry that you are involving in.

And for us, from all Export Management jobs, Complaint Handling is our favourites. It is always an undeniable temptation to be involve in handling a technical complaint, find the root cause of the technical issue, segregating the ‘good stocks’ and ‘devastated stocks’ in order customer still able to continue their production, AFTER we segregate the potential devastated stocks from their available stocks.

Since 2004, we are involve in many technical services issue in the area of plastic, paper, water filters. Several achievement in Complaint Handling:

  2. Establish the Technical Service Department in one of world leading cigarette paper manufacturer, 2010.
  3. Awarded as The Most Admired department (technical services) from supplier (Fortune 500 companies) on our initiative in establishing the Technical Services System.

1. 80% of ‘technical’ complaint actually can be solved easily, as long as you know your customer.

2. The customer will need to claim only the devastated materials, NOT the whole lots of delivery.
